The available opportunities to serve are:
The Shiloh Grab & Go Meal Program – designed to serve members in our local church and community who may be experiencing difficulties with having access to regular meals due to challenges brought on during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delivery Drivers will use his/her own vehicle to deliver meals to seniors in our community who are unable to make it to the church.
Security Personnel will ensure the public safety of participants, volunteers, and staff members. The security team will also assist with the flow and direction of traffic.
Meal Distributors will help with all aspects of the issuing meals to participants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving meals from vendor and setting up tables, gathering meal count information, passing meals to participants, or greeting participants with a friendly wave.
Restaurant / Catering Vendors
Vendors: Shiloh Church will partner with small restaurant and catering business owners who will provide the meals at a discounted rate. Do you own a restaurant or catering business, or know a member who does? COVID-19 IMPORTANT NOTICE: The health and welfare of all volunteers is our priority. Extensive safety measures have been put in place to ensure proper CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines are adhered to. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be issued to every volunteer and additional sanitization methods will be activated if required. If you are not feeling well or are among the vulnerable population, we ask that you remain home.
